01 Acceptance of Terms

04 Deposits

29999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered 29999 account holder — are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 29999 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a security measure to prevent funds from being redirected to accounts not belonging to the registered player. Withdrawals are paid in BDT via bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

29999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. In most cases, withdrawals are completed significantly faster than this. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

• Only real money balances (not bonus funds) are eligible for withdrawal unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times in total before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

09 Account Suspension and Closure

29999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any prohibited conduct.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned at 29999's discretion depending on the nature of the violation.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
